i've got a pimple in the weirdest place. right smack in the centre of my nose. i feel like rudolph. the red nose reindeer. -_-"
i never realised the highlights on my hair are so obvious.. :\

on thursday, dance club had a make up workshop. and kee the great artist was my partner. sadly, her make up skill is only mediocre. haha.. and she took so long i didn't even have the time to practice on her la! hais..
this was done by the lao shi herself. thought i'd take a photo of it to analyse how to highlight the same way but i guess forget it la. :\

haven't updated for quite some time. a couple of weeks ago, the micro sd card kinda screwed up and i couldn't upload photos from my phone to the comp and i lost the motivation to update my blog too. hehe.. yeah. its a multiple deprivation thing. :P but now that its back to normal, i'm posting some random photos here! =)

i almost got myself blinded taking this picture. so did the rest of us. the flash was blindingly bright in the pitch dark room and we took so many shots and lost dunno how many millions of brain cells before getting a picture with all of us in it. heh.

i'm so tired i'm partially braindead right now. but i want to do some work. i need to do some work. so i thought i'd do some online research. but once i turned on the computer, i'll 100% confirm guaranteed to get distracted. today for instance, i got distracted by updating my ipod. other days with blog, other other days with friendster. its like once i'm online, i'll always manage to find something to distract myself from what i've set out to do in the first place. which is bad. and i got to stop doing this. its makes me feel very guilty for not doing anything constructive.
today was the release of the a'level results. i feel so glad for them. tj did better than last year and 80% distinctions for literature. i bet a lot of effort went into studying for the exams. and for that, i admire them for their hardwork and intelligence. i can't help feeling a sense of despair. the time is drawing near for my own big exam. but i'm nowhere near the finishing point. in the academic sense. having experienced a miracle for my o'level exams doesn't mean it will happen again this time. i was there in the hall and i felt so motivated to press on and to enjoy the fruits of my labour just like them at the end of the day. but time is running short. and i'm totally stretched, both physically and mentally. dancing 7 times in 4 days a week and piling up loads and loads of schoolwork which i can't clear after i come home from dance when i just feel like collapsing on the bed to sleep. i don't get good weekends either. i'm probably too involved in church commitments. i find that the time i really get the strength to study will be on sunday nights.
i know year 2 isn't going to be easy. but i'm not guarded against it and all the stress that comes with it. i'm really trying my best. but everything that's going on and taking up my time is going to wear me out very soon.

this is a freaking pretty picture we took during the youth alpha camp! haha..
1) the background so nice right? i think it's the great world city building.
2) all of us jumped so nicely with our legs tucked in and at equal height.
3) and its amazing how our slippers are secured in between our toes even as we jump.
4) you realise we're arranged in alternate black shirt and white shirt and since i'm the extra wearing red, i get to jump in the centre! haha.. :P
4) and its quite funny if you zoom in on our faces. :\
its like i'm doing a close photograph analysis la. haha.. okay whatever.
tomorrow is the day! actually i'm more excited for the people getting back their a'level results than for myself getting back my chinese a'level results. in fact, i don't even feel anything about my chinese results.
